The analysis of production results of Tetra-Sl hybrids hen breeder eggs

Abstract

The paper was aimed at analyzing production results on TETRA-SL hybrid hens breeder eggs in production conditions of our farm and their comparing with those on TETRA-SL hybrid hen breeder eggs recorded by their producer.

On the basis of currently obtained results on TETRA-SL hybrid hen breeder eggs and comparison with those obtained by their own producer, the following may be concluded:

- The experimental TETRA-SL hen breeder eggs achieved excellent results in optimal nutrition and rearing conditions;

-In the period studied, from 22nd to 45th week of growth, the average breeding intensity of the experimental heads amounted to 89.30, and according to standard 89.69 was recorded.

- Diet consumption ranged as predicted by standard, i.e. around 123 g per hen breeder egg;

- Mortality was below standard for TETRA-SL hybrid;

Therefore, the differences between the experimental results on the experimental hens breeder eggs and the standard in terms of breeding dynamics, diet consumption for one egg production and mortality were found to be negligible.
