Abstract

The GroSnica reservoir with its microbiological features belongs to quality class I-II according Kohl (1975). Oligotrophic bacteria are dominant, except in the spring, when heterotrophic bacteria are present in graeter number. Composition of bacterial community, their spatial and time distribution varies during vegetation period in the function of physicochemical features of a environment. The relation of heterotrophic and oligotrophic bacteria (Index FO/H) is changed and depends on the quality and quantity of organic matter, as well as condition of other factors in biocoenosis (first of all on phytoplankton and macrovegetation status).
