Abstract

Aiming at a unique agri-business in food industry, agriculture production must be integrated, but only if based on the economic interests of its integrated members. In this paper, an integral quantitative and qualitative analysis has been made on some clear examples. The trends of primary production and processing capacities have been surveyed and their interdependences analysed.

Pre requisites and factors determining organizational-economic integration of primary production and processing, have been approached by a case study to define quantitative and qualitative model of economical integrating of primary production and processing into a unique food industry system.
